How to edit substitute scheduled leave / daily availability

This is a step-by-step guide on how to edit substitute leave.


1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users. Select the substitute.

2. Click Settings > Availability.

2. Click Add Scheduled Leave to populate Partial Leave or Full Day leave for a date the sub is requesting, add a note to describe the reason for their request and click Save.

Note: Scheduled Leave will prevent substitutes from getting any notifications for that day. Use X to remove the scheduled leave for that date.

 

3. Click Edit Daily Availability to populate the weekly schedule. Use the drop downs to make any changes and click Save.
