This is a step-by-step guide on how to create substitute credentials.
1. Navigate to Agency > Configuration > Credentials and select Add Credential.
2. Add the credential's Name, applicable Job Classifications, and whether the credential is Required for Substitutes.
Note: When a credential is set as Required, substitutes that have an expired or missing credential will not see jobs for the applicable job classifications.
