How to edit substitute quiet hours

This is a step-by-step guide on how to edit substitute quiet hours, which are times during which the substitute will not receive call notifications.

1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users, then use the Location filter to choose the correct organization. Click Substitute, then search for and select the substitute. 

2. Click Settings > Notifications > Edit Quiet Hours

3. Check Enable Quiet Hours, edit the times and click Save.
