This is a step-by-step guide on how to edit employee favorite or blocked substitutes.
1. Navigate to Users > Browse Users, then use the Location Filter to choose the correct organization. Check the Employee box and use Search to locate and select the profile.
2. Click Settings > Substitutes, then click Edit Favorite Substitutes or Edit Blocked Substitutes.
3. Enter the name of a Favorite Substitute in any edit box. An employee may have up to 5. Click Save.
Use X to remove the substitute(s) from the list.
4. Repeat the steps above in the blocked list to place and remove substitutes from the employee's Blocked Substitute List.
